Can I Use Nudgify On Multiple Websites?
Yes! You can manage as many websites as you like from a single Nudgify account. There is no need to create a new login for every store you own.
How does billing work for multiple sites?
Your account is structured into Organizations. Think of an Organization as a "billing folder" that holds your subscription. When you add a new website, you have two choices:
Option 1: Add to an Existing Organization (Shared Plan)
You can add your new site to your current Organization.
- No extra cost.
- The monthly Impression limit of your current plan is shared across all websites in this folder.
- Best for: Someone who owns multiple smaller stores and wants to manage them all under one subscription.
Option 2: Create a New Organization (Separate Plan)
You can create a brand new Organization for your new site.
- This creates a separate subscription. You will pay for a new plan specifically for this site.
- This site gets its own full allowance of Impressions.
- Best for: Agencies managing different clients, or if your first site is already using up all your Impressions.

How to add a new website
- Navigate to My Profile > Sites & Organizations.
- Click the Add Site button.
- Fill in your URL and select which Organization you want to add it to (or create a new one).


How to switch between websites
When you are inside the dashboard, you are only editing one website at a time.
- Look at the top left corner of your dashboard to see which site you are currently editing.
- Click the website name to open a dropdown menu and switch to a different site instantly.

Can I remove a website?
Yes, you can add or remove websites at any time.

Editing: Click the Pencil Icon on the Sites & Organizations page to rename a site or fix a URL.
Deleting: You can delete an Organization to cancel its subscription.
Note: Deleting an Organization is permanent. The subscription stops immediately, and we cannot offer refunds for remaining time in the billing cycle.
