Cancel A Plan in Shopify

To cancel your plan, log in to your Nudgify account and go to Plans & Billing. Click Change Plan, then scroll down and select Cancel Now.

If you’re currently on a free trial, you won’t see a cancel button since you’re not on a paid plan yet. If you’d prefer to stop using Nudgify during your trial, you can simply remove the app from your Shopify store.

Please note that when you cancel a paid plan, the cancellation takes effect immediately.

After canceling, your account will automatically move to the Free plan, which includes 1,000 free impressions per month.

Refund policy
