Data Feeds: Choose Which Social Proof You Show

What are Nudgify Data Feeds and how do they work?

Your Nudgify Data Feeds show the activity that powers your Social Proof Nudges. This is where you can view and manage the real data coming from your connected integrations, such as visitors, purchases, sign ups, and reviews.

You can also choose which activity appears in your Nudges by keeping the entries you like and removing the ones you do not want to show.

Where to find your Data Feeds

In the left side menu of your dashboard, click Data Feed. Inside, you will see four tabs:

• Visitors

• Purchases

• Sign ups

• Reviews

Each tab shows the activity that can be displayed in the corresponding Nudges.

Visitors

The Visitors feed shows how many people are currently browsing your site. This data is automatically tracked by the Nudgify Pixel, so no extra integration is required.

To keep the feed manageable, Nudgify shows up to 100 visitors from the last 30 days.

Purchases

The Purchases feed shows sales collected through your connected integrations such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, and others.

You can remove any purchase you do not want to display. For example, if an order contains incorrect or test information, you can simply delete it so it will not appear in your Purchase Nudges.

If you prefer to review purchases before they appear on your website, you can turn off Display all. When this is disabled, new purchases will only appear in Nudges after you approve them.

Sign ups

The Sign ups feed shows new subscriber activity from integrations such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Wix, Zapier, and more.

Just like with purchases, you can delete sign ups you do not want to show. You can also disable Display all so new sign ups only appear in your Nudges after you approve them.

Reviews

The Reviews feed shows customer reviews collected from integrations like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and Capterra.

You can choose which reviews appear in your Nudges by keeping the best ones and removing any you prefer not to display. If you turn off Display all, new reviews will only appear after you approve them.

Test your Nudges with Dummy Data

If you want to see how your Nudges will look on your site before real data appears, you can add dummy visitors, purchases, sign ups, or reviews in the Data Feed.

These are temporary test entries that help you preview how your Nudges will display on your website.

To add dummy reviews, sign ups, or purchases, you first need to activate at least one integration from the Integrations page.

Once you are done testing, you can easily remove the test data by clicking Clean up dummy visitors / reviews / sign ups / purchases in the Data Feed.
